My name is Naomi and I have been a caregiver and staunch advocate for my mum since her dementia diagnosis in 2007.

In commemoration of a decade of caregiving,  I decided to start sharing my experiences with this disease, as well as learn as much as I can in terms of education, prevention and research developments.

For the last 10 years, I have been unable to find anyone that could identify with my unique struggles as a young adult caregiver. Therefore, I created this forum where young caregivers can discuss, share and get support from people that understand firsthand what they are going through.

After all, who will talk if you don't?
